I feel like many people instantly dismiss brave due to panic lowering Feb 5, 2025 · Hi survivors, Been thinking about changing my standard setup of characters (always been taking the brave trait) but would like to test claustrophobic and normal/cowardly in a play through on 16x, so have some questions if anyone has the knowledge/experience without guessing but based on pure facts. Brave makes you very noticeably resistant to panic, and makes you lose it faster too. I thought that for only 2 points, the character would get rid of that trait at some point (like Eugene Porter from The Walking Dead hehehe). You have to combine negative traits and positive traits in a proper way to eliminate the negative traits so that you don't have too many difficulties in the game. I've heard from a video that the panic related traits become less annoying to deal with on serves since as time goes on you recover from panic better and the server time is separate from your characters survival time, is this still true? Nov 12, 2020 · You don't exactly "lose" the panic related traits (claustrophobic, agoraphobic and cowardly), but every in-game month of survival your character will be more resilient to panic (either it grows slower, or goes away faster, I don't know exactly). I know that as the months go by you LOSE PANIC quicker, but what about GAINING panic?? For example, lets say a brave character gets scared of 4 zombies while a cowardly one gets scared of 2.
