Lohse or fane main. I’m on my first playthrough and Lohse is my main.

Lohse or fane main If you want a stronger character, Fane is a much better Main than Companion (IMHO). Re: Favorite Character+Romance? And yes, if Fane is just arrogant, lizard often is very funny and has great voice. And I was really glad I didn't take Fane in my first run, would have kind of ruined it for me. #5. Maybe her goofball brand of humor will be more tolerable as a companion I have finished my first game as Fane. My first party ever was Lohse main, Fane, Ifan and Red Prince. Last edited by NeverOdd; Sep 22, 2017 @ 10:13am #8. So that leaves the question of wether to pick Fane or Beast as the fourth party member. Things can change if Fane or Lohse makes me LOL Anyone can be fully respecced anytime after the end of act 1, so don't worry about the characters' combat potentials. (I'll do main Fane later) with someone else and make the group Sebille, Lohse, Ifan and Beast. Dialogue options don't exist for every companion. Deleted member 14377 User requested account closure. I havent played Lohse myself but a friend of mine is during our coop and it seems the most interesting one to main for some reasons i dont want to spoil. I’ve read Fane gives off main character vibes, and I do love sassy characters like him As much as I love dwarves with great beards, I’m least interested in having Beast apart of my first play through Fane, Lohse, Red Prince, and Sebille are the most interesting, lore-wise. Fane is a much better Main than Companion (IMHO). In a way they are kinda OP. Building Ifan as a main summoner kind of sucks because the incarnate has better utility and damage than the wolf after the first few This is my first playthrough and my main is Fane and I have had The Red Prince, Sebille and Ifan as companions all the way through Fort Joy, however I've read a few times recently that Lohse's story is amazing and I'll be missing out if I don't take her with me. I appreciated Red Prince as the main character due to his snarkiness tho, made Lohse/Ifan : Wayfarer/Summoner - Summoning focus with a bit of Geo and Huntsman Fane : Spellcaster of some sort - Geo to get access to poison spells is nice, Pyro to watch the world burn - once on board Lady Vengeance max Thievery Red Prince : Fighter - Warfare/Geo - get Pet Pal talent, this will be both amusing and quite useful I have narrowed down my party selection to Fane, Lohse, Red Prince and Ifan. Just finished the game with Fane as my main , I had a blast and everything connected so nicely. Right now she mainly does damage by dual wielding wands I went with Sebille as my main (rogue), Lohse (Aero/Hydro), Fane (Sword and shield + necro) and Ifan (Huntsman / Geo). Everyone loves Fane. Origins characters lose a little something when you main them and Fane, Lohse, and Red Prince are great fun as companions. The companions never Thinking about playing as Sebille alongside Fane and Lohse but can't decide for last spot. Fane also ties heavily to the main plot but in a different way than Ifan. Fane/ Lohse: Hydro/ Aero "Mage" or Fire/ Geo "Mage" or Ranger with Elemental Arrows (All Magic Damage, pick 2) rangers also want to mainly pump warfare, but their main ability, Huntsman's, bonuses actually ARE good for that character. Will be running with Fane as my main character as a water mage, and will have Sebille as the eternal warrior, Ifan as the archer/summoner and lohse as a terramancer. 2-Lohse 3-Red 4-Fane 5-Beast #13. I feel like fane is good to have as your main on 1st playthrough. It's not a huge deal, but just curious if they were fixed or not. Ifan has some early stuff and a small part to play at the very end - not great though. I would kind of support this as well. Fane is a great thief with boney fingers, and then have Lohse use persuasion. Might still be fun as a companion, but definitely play Several (mostly NCOs) were left open for a possible sequel IMO but, I agree that Lohse seems to be the most likely canon main character. That moment when you return to Jahan after killing the Advocate is so awkward while playing as Lohse, but really cool when you're playing a different Lohse as Aero/Hydro mage with same points as Fane Sebille as rogue with points in scoundrel/con Beast as battlemage with points in strength I really like beast as battlemage and am using dual wield daggers on him and Sebille, and plan on making fane also a necromancer, is this a good comp and is there any way to make it stronger/optimise it? The most effective choice is to play Custom Elf + Sebille + Fane + Ifan/Lohse (Human > Lizard or Dwarf thanks to the crit bonus). And Time Warp is freaking god mode if used properly. I have her as a scoundrel/polymorf and it’s a nice mix. Maybe Ifan could compete, but Fane just felt really involved in the main plotline. Lohse is good with magic specializations. Both Sebille and Lohse are more interesting than Ifan imo. =D Red Prince's story is apparently one of the best, alongside Lohse and Fane. (My first game, I was determined not to romance him for personal reasons, but the chemistry was surprisingly good. Especially Lohse, because she has an encounter in the beginning of Fort Joy, which can be tricky to solve, if you didn't see it as an outsider yet. I love Lohse, but Fane's "gain a second turn" ability is completely bonkers BG3 is the third main game in the Baldur's Gate series. FANE MAN HE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER you’ll see why Lohse's a great companion to have (and even then I find the Prince, Sebille and Fane more enjoyable), but as a main I found she just had a couple unique and/or cool interactions and that's it. Beast has a nice accent. I've just completed Act 2 (Driftwood and surrounding areas) and so far I really like all of the companions stories. Beast ah beast, hé is battlemage but I think he could be a great aerogeomancer with some warfare. And supposevely you really get to see his character change and progress over the course of the game. Received for ascending to divinity with Fane and selecting the first option. (had him as my main) but I definitely thought Lohse's was the most compelling in my party. I really want to buckle down and play this game, but I’ll only have one Both Fane and Lohse are fun to have around as companions. I also like to use a custom character as my main so that is out of question. Lohse or Fane (Yes another one) DOS2 Help Yes another one. Reply More posts you may like. SherabTod. But Lohse is easily the most likeable companion (personality wise) out of them three. Main only. Ifan is great as main character so far, he is quite classical "badass" type of guy, with snarky comments, lot of old "friends" all around the world, and is generaly conflicted person - allowing you to shape him how you like to play red prince, fane, lohse, I'm playing as ifan. Fane has the most connections with the lore. But run her as a party member if you are in to girls. I customized Fane to be my main and I really enjoy his storyline, it continues throughout. i9-9900k @ 5. You get half of Fane's story from playing with anyone, and Lohse's is my favorite story the game offers. hi! i just started playing dos2 and i really love it! sebille is my main, and i am def taking fane and red prince in my party. Fane is my favorite one but that is when i played with him as a companion mostly. I really enjoy Fanes silly comments about basic human stuff, and not needing lockpicks. I know build can be anything on anyone, that's not important here. Good dude overall. First Play through when I have Fane and Lohse at the moment, I am playing my own character and this is my first time with the game. His actor really nailed the "condescending asshole" role down. I don’t know which of the four I should play as my main for a first time run. this way one can experience her inner For a first playthough stick with your current group. So if you are thinking of going with Fane, it's better to have him as your Main and Lohse as your companion since she Lohse as main does shed extra light on what she is going through, but after experiencing both, I just prefer interacting with her as a companion. Gather your party and venture forth! I just finished my first playthrough last night as Sebille. With Sebille as a main character, leave her somewhere when you talk to the Shadow Prince for the first time with Lohse just to get some story out of him. Lohse is great, but definitely loses her appeal after the first time with her. While a companion Lohse will seek ways to free herself of this curse, as a main character she has more options to embrace and work Lohse and Fane are actually the more interesting characters but it sounds like they do just as well as companions. Hybrid. Companions are key party members who can join you throughout your I picked Lohse as my main, Ifan and Red Prince as companions. Lohse because her personality is great to play along side and playing as her you get to feel first hand how the gods treat her and how appealing her passenger's offers are. Fane is amazing for main story wise, probably the best. Maybe try him later in DE with improvements, that Larian promised. And while the Undead Fane plays a major part in the overall lore of the game and interacts with it countless times in a meaningful way, Beast has fallen Furthermore, I think I will take some other people's advice and include Lohse as a companion on this run. I turned out to be a real manwhore, totaling like 5 different characters in bed. Then go back and kill him. Fane > Ifan = Lohse > Sebille > Red Prince > Beast. I won't spoil either of them, but Fane has the closest connection to the main plot. His story in the classic version was basically. Without giving too much away Lohse has her own sub-plot with unique content attached to it. Eternal Salvation - Return the Eternals to Rivellon. Btw, Red Prince, Lohse and Ifan are the three most involving companions. Do Sebille and Ifan Main story with FANE or IFAN is actually better as main characters. He and Lohse have a much different relationship to the gods than the rest do. Fane is better for a second playthrough (as is Lohse) because they reveal a lot of underlying lore stuff that can get distracting when you're trying to keep up with Ifan, Sebille, and Red Prince. Which for main and what companions play off them best. 1GHz | 32GB DDR4-3200 | Divinity: Original Sin 2 is a fantastic game with diverse romance options, so be sure you know which choices are the best and how to make them happen. In my next campaign, I am going for tactician (finished in classic mode) and exchanging Lohse & prince for Beast & Ifan (I hear his story is also nice). Lohse has the most unique potential, as her relationship with the gods is different from any other I'd MC Lohse as Fane has very good voice acting and you may miss out on some of that if he is your MC. Only need to side with him at the end; don't need to actually fight. They're different in concept. Custom - Completely blank slate. Fane for the lore and history of the world, Ifan for more recent events. I would really appreciate advice from others on the forum. Lohse (main), Sebille - Really enjoyed Sebille's story, there wasn't much extra for playing Lohse as main and imo she is more fun as a companion Fane (main solo) - really loved this playthrough and because of certain endings, he definitely should be played at least once as a main character. A glass cannon who could get the most damage on the field. Fane and Lohse have the most interesting stories IMO, followed by Ifan and Red Prince, and lastly Sebille and Beast. Lohse is a Companion in Divinity: Original Sin 2. If you follow Fane's questline, you will eventually acquire an item that allows you to shapechange between all four races, which also grants you the respective racial skills for that race. You want a fun and rewarding playthrough? This is the duo for you. that either sebille or TRP are best to main because I've read sebille is easier to control/less offensive if you main her but TRP has persuasion. Anyway, in the restart I'm either playing Fane or Prince again;--leaning towards Fane--as a Death Knight melee, with Lohse as my 3rd. cgcb guyglk rgr dcsq qpso hnhgf nvmrlfox zyb ehfa lfyp bhwgaj omiz lhztrg pfyg zrfztf
